Pedikur is committed to full compliance with UK and EU cosmetics legislation. The formal declarations below are made by Ourons Ltd, trading as Pedikur, in respect of our products. A signed PDF copy of each declaration is available to download.

Declaration of Undesirable Effects and Serious Undesirable Effects

By the present, Pedikur declares that there are no known undesirable effects or serious undesirable effects for Pedikur products.

In compliance with the European Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, should such effects be reported by end-users, they will be recorded within the respective Product Information File (PIF). Further, the Safety Assessment report will be revised if needed and, depending on the circumstances, the effects reported to the Competent Authorities.

Declaration of Non Animal Testing

By the present, Pedikur declares that Pedikur has not commissioned any tests of the finished product, its prototype, or any of the ingredients contained in the finished product or its prototype, on animals.
